Serves as primary new product marketing project manager responsible for ensuring seamless execution of new product implementation and overall ongoing optimization of sales-driven go-to-market processes.  Responsible for maintaining high-level knowledge of both the healthcare and digital media industries to help educate internal teams on the needs of the market and inform new product development strategies.  New product platforms employed will include but are not limited to native advertising, digital media campaigns, email campaigns, and other tactics aimed at increasing physician awareness and utilization of specific pharmaceutical brands.

The Associate thinks strategically with the ability to also focus on details of tactical implementation and collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team of the company’s Sales, Market Impact, Account Services, Creative Services, Marketing Delivery, Editorial and Product/Development staff. As such, the Associate is a highly organized communicator, both verbally and in written form.


  • Manage new product/vertical go-to-market process to ensure seamless implementation from ideation through post launch analysis including:
    • Participates in new product/vertical ideation brainstorming
    • Oversight of New Product Steering Committee
    • Ownership of launch stage gates ensuring all necessary steps and inputs are completed, decisions are documented, and approvals are obtained
    • Ensures consistency in tactical details and decisions made throughout process; flags inconsistencies and re-aligns with key stakeholders as needed
    • Serves as internal expert providing a high-level understanding of new product positioning, messaging, differentiation from competitive products, and executional details.
    • Oversees post-launch product analysis, identifying product issues early and driving proactive product optimization as needed
  • Oversees long-term market analysis including pharma and HCP trends, as well as the overall digital media industry.
    • Partners with cross-functional partners to understand key media, editorial, audience, field, and product/platform insights
    • Monitors industry trend and research reports, summarizing key insights for internal team to fuel ideation process



  • 4 Year College Degree or other advanced degree in business and/or marketing communications
  • 2-4 years’ experience in HCP promotion or medical education with a focus on digital products, platforms, and/or media.
  • Ability to understand pharmaceutical brand marketing plans, objectives, and success metrics and applications to HCP mindsets and needs by specialty and care setting
  • Understanding of digital content, marketing platforms/delivery systems and their business models
  • Ability to understand the medical / Pharmaceutical industry regulatory environment, organizing principles and business models
  • Passion for new and emerging technologies and an understanding of how they can be applied to benefit businesses.
  • Strives to constantly drive deeper market and audience understanding, applying knowledge to all product strategies, vehicles, and tactical implementation details
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel projects
  • Strong ability to identify technical solutions to business problems/needs
