Our fast-paced Employee Engagement Director strives to drive a best-in-industry employee experience with communication strategies and programming that connect, activate and empower employees to make an impact at j2 Global® worldwide, while driving engagement and knowledge around the company’s business and culture. We are currently searching for a Director, Employee Engagement to manage high impact employee programs, events, strategies and activations that align with and support the company priorities. The role will work closely with others across the Divisions of all levels on high-impact engagement activities, with a heavy focus on inclusion-related initiatives.

You will shine a guiding light to an environment where employees are engaged and are able to perform at their fullest potential. We believe it is everyone’s responsibility to develop the best talent, and together, we can create a compelling experience that shifts mindsets and behaviors to drive long term impact. You will be responsible for nurturing culture and engagement while overseeing strategies focused on improving the experience between managers and employees. You will also serve as an internal advisor initiating ideas across the organization that influence strategy, engagement, and a collaborative culture that drive pride, passion and advocacy.

Success looks like:

  • You created and executed a global, multi-year strategic roadmap centered around best in class initiatives leveraging data to implement strategies that promote and achieve a culture of excellence and high engagement
  • You developed and executed a global approach that capitalizes on robust employee engagement survey strategies that supports our business priorities
  • You deployed an effective engagement survey by partnering with key stakeholders across HR and Business functions globally
  • You developed and implemented comprehensive manager and employee enablement initiatives post survey to facilitate company-wide action planning
  • You improved employee experience by executing department-specific action plans through coaching and developing people
