The Channel Account Manager – Inside Sales is responsible for cultivating new business through our existing channel partners and onboarding new channel partners to generate sales in their assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and execute upon a detailed territory plan
  • Penetrate and prospect targeted channel partners for new business for the VIPRE malware protection product line
  • Accurately manage new business pipeline daily and maintain regular contact with all open new business opportunities
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all leads
  • Conduct daily call campaigns to Reseller accounts in your territory to drive new business sales.
  • Take the initiative to thoroughly learn the market (competitors, products, and services available)
  • Use knowledge of company products and services to provide channel partners with information and promote product sales
  • Conducts/coordinates product training for channel partner representatives
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all Customer inquiries and resolve any customer issues.


Education and/or Certification Requirements

•Four-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent of sales experience or combination of education and sales experience.



Required Skills

•Experience working within a high-velocity, business-to-business software sales environment (Minimum of 2 years)

•Team player with excellent communication/written skills


Preferred Skills

•Microsoft Office

•Salesforce – strongly desired

•Endpoint Security Software knowledge - desired
