The Associate Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) Manager focuses on quality assurance (QA) testing, testing coordination and MLR review and submission support across the Everyday Health Professional digital campaign portfolio.


The Associate MLR Manager is responsible for completing comprehensive product testing of client-approved promotional campaigns to ensure accuracy according to MLR client guidelines prior to assets being deployed to targeted healthcare providers.  The Associate MLR Manager will also offer support in pre-testing of assets, internal routing, review and preparing submissions for client MLR review.  This role provides both functional and organization support across the Everyday Health Professional portfolio of products and pharmaceutical clients. 

  • Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and releases, including integration, system, performance and user-acceptance
  • Develop, execute and maintain deadline-driven test plans, test scenarios and test schedules
  • Document, evaluate and communicate test results and errors
  • Troubleshoot testing issues with the Creative Services team to successfully deploy campaigns
  • Work with MLR Managers to provide testing timeline estimates for assigned work
  • Partner with Creative Services team members and Account Executives to ensure testing requirements are documented, understood and executed
  • Provide input on decisions for tactical releases
  • Support in annotating and preparing submissions using knowledge of client regulatory standards and submission requirements
  • Attend training and become certified in various client submission systems
  • Collaborate with Creative Services team to develop, implement and improve innovative QA capabilities, approaches and services
  • Assist Creative Services team to ensure compliance with FDA requirements and adherence to regulatory policies and processes
  • Maintain workflows and overall project management of Ziflow
  • Initiate jobs in Ziflow & Jira when copy docs are submitted
  • Communicate with Deployment when assets are approved for dissemination
  • Retire creatives upon MLR Manager direction


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Understanding of QA processes, practices and systems
  • Experience with digital media and advertising
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of organization
  • Ability to proactively communicate deadlines
  • Ability to work with and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work on concurrent projects, activities and tasks under rigid time constraints
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ziflow and Jira experience preferred but not required

The most important required skills are self-motivation, teamwork and the management of diverse tasks. The QA Coordinator must have the ability to work under pressure, utilize effective time management, and be client-focused with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
