Powered by our unique SmartSend technology, our flexible modular software suite enables customers to optimise their performance, across multiple channels, and accomplish sophisticated email marketing.

We work with a range of high profile global businesses as well as smaller growing companies. As part of our continued growth we are looking for an Campaign Executive to join our Creative Services department.

The Role 

The Campaign Executive role is focussed on helping marketers deliver sophisticated email campaigns with strong creative content that people want to see in their inbox.

As an integral part of the Creative Services team, you work within the wider Customer Success department, striving to deliver breakthrough results for our customers. Working in collaboration with colleagues across the business you will deliver evidenced advice and excellent council to optimise our customers’ email marketing campaigns.

Day-to-day you will ensure consistently accurate and timely deployment of our customers’ email (and SMS) campaigns.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day relationship with your customers, demonstrating exceptional communication and a proactive approach to problem solving to build a strong, lasting partnership.

Key Responsibilities

The role will typically involve working on a variety of different tasks each day and you will be expected to;

  • Take personal responsibility for the consistent (and correct) deployment of multiple simultaneous email and SMS campaigns. Including build from creative, data / filter segmentation, customer/internal communication, campaign dispatch, workload planning, scheduling and reporting on results.
  • Proactively collaborate with colleagues to deliver specific, evidence based recommendations to optimise your customers email marketing campaigns.
  • Log all tasks, comments, supplied document and associated effort in our workflow management system to enable effective reporting.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with your customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of our software and service offering to enable you to provide meaningful advice on email best practise.

Skills and Experience

To be successful you will need:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • To be a good active listener.
  • Project management / planning skills, working across a variety of projects to variable deadlines.
  • Demonstrated copywriting skills.
  • A strong understanding of professional customer relationships across multiple levels within a business.

It is extremely beneficial for you to possess:

  • Knowledge of email design principles and practise.
  • Familiarity with wider digital marketing methods and theory.
  • An understanding of agency-customer relationships.
  • Experience working with workflow / project management software.
  • Working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Dreamweaver) and a knowledge of HTML/CSS code.
