Everyday Health Group is looking for an Ad Operations Associate to manage the campaign delivery process and support the renewal and upsell of existing business. You will be responsible for partnering with the Client Success teams for trafficking, management, optimization and delivery of all digital ad campaigns. This role must be able to translate client needs into actionable tasks and see them through to completion.

The ideal candidate has two years media and online advertising experience. You understand ad placement, targeting, and technology for display, mobile, native and video ads. You’re passionate about data analysis. Working within Excel comes naturally and you enjoy multi-tasking and managing the details and delivery of your campaigns. What You'll Do:

  • Trafficking and management of online advertising campaigns, including direct and programmatic guaranteed deals
  • Frequently optimize campaigns based on client and company KPI’s
  • Troubleshoot ad serving errors, reporting discrepancies, and 3P tags
  • Manage campaigns across US and International markets
  •  Meet regularly with Client Success team, as well as other cross-functional internal teams, to ensure campaign performance and full revenue recognition
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Work on ad hoc interdisciplinary projects to grow skill set and learn different aspects of Digital Ad Operations.

What You'll Bring:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-2 years of digital media operations, campaign management, and/or ad operations background
  •  Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of ad-serving technologies: GAM, DCM, Placements.io, LiveIntent, AdX, IAS, DV, etc…
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Creative problem-solving, analytical skills, and project management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Dependable with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
