Overview

VIPRE is a leading provider of Internet security solutions purpose-built to protect businesses, solution providers, and home users from costly and malicious cyber threats.

As a member of our Inside Sales team you will manage and expand new sales opportunities via incoming leads and pro-actively prospecting into new opportunities.  Experience in IT sales is preferred.

This role is based at our VIPRE office in Keele, Staffordshire - 45 Minutes South of Manchester, 50 Minutes North of Birmingham on the M6 just off J15.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound lead follow-up and lead development
  • Outbound prospecting
  • Closing sales pipeline opportunities
  • Conducting product demos
  • Forecasting opportunities based upon realistic assessments
  • Meeting/exceeding assigned KPI’s
  • CRM data entry/management

Requirements

  • Ideally you will have 2+ years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of telephone/direct sales
  • Consistent record of overachieving against target and experience in IT sales is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Some technical understanding of IT security
  • Comfortable with Excel and other MS office too
