Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA

Job Summary:  

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for driving online advertising programs to grow new customer acquisition for our cloud-based communication services for eFax®, MyFax and other brands in EMEA. The right candidate will have hands-on search engine marketing skills (SEM, PPC), expertise in campaign optimization, and a passion for success.

Job Duties:  

  • Manage a significant online advertising budget with an emphasis on performance-based campaigns including paid search marketing (SEM, PPC) as well as display advertising, affiliate marketing and remarketing campaigns.
  • Oversee bid management, keyword generation/research, ad copy writing/testing, and budget management for all campaigns.
  • Create and drive advertising plan for acquiring subscribers through CPA and ROI-based user acquisition strategies across multiple devices.
  • Work on strategies to upsell trial and free subscribers to paid customers

  • Develop effective hypothesis for A/B tests, including but not limited to landing page optimizations.
  • Collaborate with a global marketing team to develop and support a variety of campaigns.
  • Work closely with creative services, product development, and the call center to ensure maximum sales and a seamless and productive user experience.
  • Track, measure, and report on site and program performance.
  • Manage outside consultants and/or agencies as needed.
  • Liaise closely with the inbound telesales team to ensure sufficient inbound call volumes.

Job Requirements and Experience:  

  • 8+ years of successful marketing experience in dynamic and growing organizations in internet, storage, SaaS, or other recurring revenue-focused businesses.
  • 5+ years of experience running large scale pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven experience managing other online advertising channels including social, display, and affiliate programs.
  • Bid management tool experience such as SearchAds 360, Quantic Mind, Kenshoo etc.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
  • Exposure to public relations, word of mouth marketing, and other offline media channels.
  • Proven experience in achieving measurable targets for customer and revenue growth.
  • Analytical and detail oriented with the ability to deliver data-driven results, analyses, and application of findings.
  • Independent, as well as a team player.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with the flexibility to exploit the unexpected and succeed in dynamic situations.
  • Fluent in English with fluency in a second European language preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
