RetailMeNot is seeking a passionate, results-oriented individual to join a seasoned digital marketing team to develop and manage performance-driven paid search campaigns across multiple verticals and brands. This position requires 1-2 years of paid search marketing experience. The ideal candidate is inquisitive and detail-oriented by nature, they possess excellent analytical skills, demonstrate an ability to identify patterns, develop insights and take action.


Manage Keyword-Level Paid Search Campaigns

  • Manage and grow ROI-positive paid search advertising campaigns across multiple interest verticals
  • Perform keyword research using internal and external data
  • Write strong ad copy, test and iterate to improve performance
  • Develop strategies for maximizing performance across a portfolio of campaigns

 Analyze and Make Decisions Based on Data

  • Leverage data and creativity to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Model, forecast and achieve monthly revenue targets and goals
  • Deliver proactive reporting, analysis and actionable insights to the clients, the team and management
  • Conduct testing and analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies for maximizing campaign performance

 Improve Efficiency and Grow Our Business

  • Partner with internal teams to help improve user website experience, increase conversion rates and develop and grow external relationships
  • Assist with improving the proprietary reports and tools we use to manage our business
  • Test and improve performance creatively and systematically based on short term and long term goals and objectives


    • 1-2 years of full-time experience in paid search marketing required
    • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads)
  • Understanding of paid search best practices and strategy in the context of performance marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Data and analysis-based decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to take initiative to solve problems and exceed objectives
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented and fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and individually
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, functions and pivot tables
  • Experience managing enterprise-level campaigns (preferred)
