Account Coordinator, Lead Generation

Everyday Health Pregnancy & Parenting division, BabyCenter and What to Expect - the world’s best-knows pregnancy and parenting brands, is seeking an Account Coordinator for the Lead Generation business to join our fast-paced team.  This role will provide client and internal support in pre-sale campaign planning and post-sale campaign set-up and execution, reporting to the Manager, Lead Generation.  

In a highly collaborative fashion, the Account Coordinator will work closely with Sales, Analytics, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure Lead Gen campaigns are accurately planned, efficiently executed, and delivered successfully to meet client goals. This role will provide an excellent foundation for professional growth with an opportunity for career progression.
  

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Client Success and Sales teams by representing Lead Gen in client kick-off calls, communicating client deliverables, maintaining campaign reporting, analyzing performance data, and making optimization recommendations
  • Participate in pre-sales planning and Lead Gen availability requests
  • Facilitate implementation and execution of Lead Gen campaigns working with Engineering and Project Management teams
  • Perform quality assurance by thoroughly checking campaigns and tracking reports, ensuring a high quality of all output and deliverables 
  • Identify, analyze and problem-solve campaign issues, including trafficking, delivery, and invoicing
  • Manage ongoing internal status across key campaigns; write and distribute notes 
  • Track and report on delivery leading up to monthly client reconciliation reporting and billing
  • Ensure fulfillment of IOs and reconcile billing on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Advertising, Marketing, or other aligned field); some relevant prior digital media experience.
  • Prior Lead Generation or Direct Marketing experience (not required but is a plus)
  • Solid analytical ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, results-oriented, organized and detail-driven
  • Responds well under pressure with ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrates basic problem-solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take on responsibility
  • Ability to work in fast paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
