If you live and breathe technology and entertainment, and have proven writing experience, we at, the best tech reviews site on the web, want to hear from you. We’re looking for a bright and energetic reviewer with top-notch writing and editing skills to work closely with our team of editors to cover mobile apps, utilities, website building and hosting tools, online services, and entertainment-focused tech (including gaming hardware and software and music/video streaming services).


--Write clear, authoritative reviews, features, tips and advice pieces, product roundups, buying guides, and news stories. Work with creative teams to produce compelling visuals and video around your stories.  

--Get ahead of trends, aggressively seek news and products for review; you will help shape our coverage in key categories, so you need to know what's next. 

--Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors in the space.

--Edit, produce, and QA reviews and other stories. 

--Manipulate images, build product galleries, verify and enter product specs, maintain spec database.

--Represent PCMag at vendor meetings, industry events, and trade shows.


--Bachelor's degree required; Journalism or English concentration preferred.

--3 to 4 years of professional writing/editing experience at an established website, magazine, or newspaper; product review experience is a major plus.

--Deep knowledge of the technology-focused entertainment space, including game platforms and titles, services, sites, devices, and manufacturers.

--You must be a self-starter who can independently prioritize projects, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, deadline-driven environment. 

--You should have a strong work ethic and strict attention to detail.

--The ability to write quickly and clearly is an absolute must.

--Familiarity with online publishing platforms and digital image manipulation is a must.

--Pre-existing vendor relationships are a plus. 

--On-camera video experience is a plus.
