The Opportunity:

Health eCareers is hiring! We are looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about implementing and upholding organizational processes. The successful candidate will help Health eCareers establish foundational processes to evaluate major new initiatives, review and assess proposals in collaboration with leadership, and ensure strategic projects are successfully completed in partnership with business stakeholders. Working effectively with teammates at all levels of the organization, the Program Manager will advance Health eCareers’ vision of enabling physicians, advanced practice providers, and their organizations to focus on quality patient care and community well-being by offering indispensable career resources. As the leader in physician recruitment marketing, Health eCareers’ competitive advantage will be widened by the Program Manager and their ability to ensure we are focused on the right priorities and their successful execution. This position is remote-friendly for the right candidate, but preferential to on-site at our growing offices in Denver, Colorado's DTC (Denver Tech Center).

  • Develop and own streamlined processes and workflows within individual teams or departments, ensuring that true Business Value is being represented as the top priority for each group 
  • Establish reliable, self-maintaining protocols between teams, to ensure that cross-functional requirements and insights are being effectively communicated
  • Work with business leadership to create and own a set of stage-gates, and a replicable program roadmap, which define critical milestones in project ideation and implementation
  • Coach team members and leaders on adherence to program-level workflows, providing clarity into their underlying purposes and advantages 
  • Ensure that the most critical data points related to priority, viability, and performance are being considered at all stages of a program’s life cycle
  • Work with business leaders to maintain and evaluate OKRs
  • Establish measurement, maintenance and iteration follow up paths for post-launch programs
  • 3-5 years experience in Organization-level program management, or project management involving frequent stakeholder collaboration
  • Great collaborative skills, able to understand and navigate a wide variety of working styles
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and push them to successful completion
  • Enjoys analyzing and improving process workflows, with a focus on solution-oriented pragmatism
  • Experience setting, managing, and measuring KPIs or OKRs
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles
  • Experience evaluating software system solutions and workflows to optimize and improve organizational productivity
  • Experience using workflow management suites (Jira, Asana, Teamwork, et al.); Admin experience or deep familiarity with such systems is desired 
  • Strong analytical skills, expertise with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Firm high-level understanding of how applications interface with each other (plugins, APIs, et al.), and how this can improve organizational efficiency
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC is a plus
  • PgMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification desired
