The Corporate Inside Sales Representative will drive the sales efforts of our new cloud healthcare product Consensus (powered by eFax Corporate).
Consensus is a comprehensive interoperability platform that enables seamless access and sharing of clinical data (digital faxes, secure messaging, PHI queries, etc.) with patients and providers. Consensus is a HIPAA compliant SaaS product that works as a stand-alone service or as an integrate add-ons to a client’s existing EMR platform (Electronic Medical Records).
As a Consensus representative you must be conversant with the full gamut of healthcare professionals; IT Directors, Administrators, RN’s, PA’s, etc. Building rapport is crucial and B2B sales experience is a must. You will manage the full inbound sales cycle but will also be responsible for identifying and expanding opportunities within our existing base of eFax Corporate clientele.
Our most successful Corporate Inside Sales Representatives are extremely driven and money motivated. They work from a sales pipeline, manage their time to the hour, think outside-the-box and most importantly, are empowered. Instead of waiting for someone to show them the way they both share and accept collaborative knowledge amongst their teammates through daily chats and video calls.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Fielding inbound calls.
  • Working inbound web submission leads.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Establishing key account relationships.
  • Identifying, qualifying & maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Continuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Managing the Sales process from lead to close.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous Hospitality /Healthcare industry/ Retail sales background /experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone or email.
  • You must be competitive, organized, self-motivated and have a desire for career advancement.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand all aspects of new products, technologies, and offerings.
  • Must have superior organizational skills and the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor a significant number of functions/tasks simultaneously.
