Job Description:

  • End to end Individual contributor role with expertise in direct sourcing
  • Partner closely with our international recruitment team, stakeholders, and business leaders to brainstorm, collaborate and drive our hiring needs in North America, Canada and Mexico
  • Ability to understand and decipher unique hiring needs across both technology and corporate business facets
  • Promote J2 Global as an employer of choice and proactively manage networking opportunities
  • Deliver results on high priority positions using various recruiting tools and avenues through which qualified candidates are sourced in a timely manner with a cost-effective approach
  • Evaluate candidates during resume review, screening & interview process.
  • Record, maintain and track all recruiting activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Jobvite.
  • Responsible for ensuring records and statuses for all candidates and requisitions are accurate and up-to-date at any given point in time.
  • Proactively recruit through the creation of an external pipeline
  • As a key member of the recruiting team, work to identify, drive and update recruiting processes designed to improve efficiencies and create a positive recruiting experience for hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR, or related discipline
  • A strong connection to an existing network of professional contacts in the Industry
  • Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated work experience in recruiting function either in a corporate setting or an agency environment.
  • Ability to multitask, plan and be self-organized to ensure multiple requirements are catered to with quality pipeline and engagement across all open positions.
  • Passion and interest for both recruiting and technology

This is a remote/office-based position that may be performed anywhere in the United States except within Colorado.
