Overview:

As a member of the Digital Marketing team at Ziff Media Group, you will be a liaison for all things digital acquisition. You’ll work with our internal and external marketing partners to implement, test and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously. You are metrics-driven, immersed in the latest advertising trends, have experience in multiple digital channels and most importantly possess a growth marketing mindset. You are someone who challenges the status quo, looks for new opportunities, takes a build-measure-learn approach to marketing campaigns and demonstrates passion for your work.


What you’ll do:

  • Seek out innovative approaches to media execution across digital partners/platforms.
  • Assist with campaign execution, administration and reporting for multiple paid digital marketing campaigns, including search, social, display, among other channels.
  • Proactively manage external vendor relationships in order to maximize acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage the on-boarding process from end-to-end, ensuring proper tracking, reporting and optimization feedback loops are in place to streamline campaign management.
  • Work with marketing managers, content, and design to develop ad messaging and creative and provide to agency partners.
  • Continually assess the capabilities of our marketing partners, identify emerging media opportunities and manage all communications between stakeholders.
  • Create and articulate clear performance metrics and develop associated reports that measure KPI's.
  • Analyze historical and current campaign results to optimize learning and ensure continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will present these findings up to senior leadership to determine funding appropriate opportunities. 
  • Identifying target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience with a track record of managing vendor relationships; related agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, especially during key seasonal periods
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights
  • Technically savvy with a pulse on trends and innovations within AdTech and the digital marketing landscape
  • Proficient in Excel, experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, and similar analytical tools a plus
  • Working knowledge of ad platforms (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Experience in landing pages optimization, conversion points, and user funnels
