Position at Everyday Health, the leading health and wellness digital platform, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Campaign Producer for The Well, our brand and content studio located in NYC. As Everyday Health aims to inspire and enable wellness for consumers, the ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, experience working in the space, and the ability to multi-task and calmly keep up in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This position will report in to the Managing Director of The Well.

As a part of The Well, the candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative, close-knit environment where they can apply and grow their digital and storytelling skills. The Campaign Producer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of content marketing campaigns featuring a variety of formats, including articles, quizzes, videos, tools, interactives, and more. The Campaign Producer will provide a broad range of support responsibilities, including management of timelines and deliverables; collaborating internally with cross-functional teams such as Integrated Marketing, Creative Services, Client Success Management, Sales, Product, and Editorial; interfacing externally with vendors and freelancers; and partnering with other Everyday Health Group properties. Additionally, the Campaign Producer will have the opportunity to partner with senior members of the content studio to brainstorm new product and content ideas, and to assist with content creation across channels, particularly on social.



What You’ll Do

  • Manage the process for the successful creation and delivery content marketing campaigns against agreed-upon timelines
  • Coordinate with Client Success managers to ensure fulfillment of campaign expectations
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and editors to create new tools, videos, and other interactive elements
  • Coordinate with social, email, and audience teams to deliver robust promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather analytics to optimize campaigns
  • Manage multiple project schedules against tight timelines
  • Lead kickoff calls and post-campaign debriefs, as needed
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including vendor on-boarding, invoicing, scheduling, and more
  • Identify influencers within condition areas and assist with outreach for participation in video-based projects and partnership opportunities
  • Participate in the creation of smart editorial solutions that generate revenue opportunities
  • Participate in the writing of click-worthy promotional copy for social media, newsletters, and other promotional levers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years production or project management experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in web-based project management tools
  • Health and wellness digital content experience
  • Experience working at a content studio a plus
  • Video editing experience a plus
