What does that mean exactly?

  • We need a fast learner, who likes working in a dynamic and quick paced work environment.  Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments across various clients or departments without feeling overwhelmed.
  • Interest in learning about digital advertising and media from display and video ads, to custom projects like branded and original content creation in partnership with our clients and agencies
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide pre and post-sales support.
  • Work with partners, such as direct clients and agencies, to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to learn new ad products and ad platforms to stay on track with ever evolving ad solutions
  • Strong communication skills to relay detailed information to agencies and clients regarding ad campaigns.
  • Manage all sold and outstanding business using tools such as Operative and Salesforce.
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams (Ad Operations, Integrated Marketing, Branded Content, Design & Creative, Product Development) to ensure that advertising campaigns are implemented and executed properly.
  • Help develop sales collateral showcasing IGN Ad Products, Platforms, and capabilities.
  • Pull research/data and screenshots to support sales team with client and agency requests.
  • Create detailed reports for client and agency advertising campaigns to showcase success of ad executions and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance department to handle external billing questions and client invoices.
  • Availability to help coordinate client events and travel if necessary.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as the ability to quickly learn any propriety IGN tools. (Familiarity with Photoshop, Operative, or Salesforce is a plus)
