Overview: Join a growing Analytics and Insights team supporting digital media research projects and the execution of primary research/ad effectiveness studies. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization (including Sales/Branded Content/Marketing) and support the overall advancement of the audience insights and primary research disciplines.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop audience profiles and relevant insights in response to RFPs
  • Leverage syndicated/secondary data sources (e.g., comScore, ListenFirst) to understand various audiences across Ziff Media brands
  • Develop and maintain periodic audience reports 
  • Support Director and Manager on primary research projects.
  • Contribute to the development of marketplace trends and insights reports
  • Work closely with vendor partners to manage ad effectiveness studies
  • Package and distill audience insights in an engaging, thoughtful, and actionable way 
  • Monitor, interpret and distribute findings from various sources (syndicated, social listening platforms, first party research, etc.) to provide context on industry and consumer trends

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in digital ad sales, and/or media research
  • Experience with standard syndicated/media measurement tools (e.g., comScore, ListenFirst, Google Analytics, Quantcast) 
  • Excellent time-management, organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with G-Suite products (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides), and advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, filters, vlookups, etc.)
  • Experience with primary research, online communities, and/or survey programming software (e.g., Alchemer fka SurveyGizmo, Qualtrics) a plus
