We are looking for a dedicated, hungry and energetic Business Development Channel Manager to join our global sales team working within one of J2’s largest cloud divisions - Cloud Fax. You will be heavily involved in supporting and growing our J2 Cloud Fax business across Europe and will work on building your own patch of new accounts within telecommunications.

Main duties of this role

  • You will be responsible for hunting new Telecom MSP’s & CSP’S
  • Take ownership for Channel Partner Management, Business Development, Channel Sales and Pipeline Growth across the EU
  • Collaborate with the North American team on various projects such as acquisitions, product rollouts etc.
  • Design, propose and execute solutions for complex client problems in advanced business and technology environments
  • Build brand awareness across the EU market and provide clients with all the necessary information about our business
  • Lead a team of various business units to accomplish Partner Strategy
  • Travel will be involved as part of this role such as visiting client sites etc.

The key requirements we need:

  • 7+ Years Channel Sales Experience & Indirect / Channel Sales working with Telecom/CSP & MSP partners
  • A key understanding of the selling process within the EU Telecom Market, working with MSP’s, VAR’s, & Resellers
  • You will have a network of Key Contacts at the Top Partner targets in Europe
  • SaaS ‘Solutions Re-selling’ experience is ideal
  • Be highly motivated by delivering excellent services to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction and maintain professionalism at all times
  • Knowledge of Telecom Solutions such as Appdirect & Ingram Micro Cloudblue, OSS/BSS
  • You are a self-starter, strategic thinker with strong communication skills & ability to capture a room and engage with C-level executives
  • You can work both independently and part of a team whilst being flexible to suit business needs
