The Product Manager will be responsible for B2B EPP & EDR, and network security product planning and execution, including but not limited to assessing customer needs, analyzing cybersecurity market trends, and acting on customers' behalf to prioritize product requirements.

The Product Manager will serve as the contextual expert defining the portfolio and product vision, working collaboratively with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The candidate must be able to:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the B2B software security industry in terms of buyers, partners, vendors, and trends with desired focus on device-based malware and network protection.
  • Own the product roadmap including feature definition and prioritization for assigned products.
  • Create and deliver business cases for new product proposals that include:
    • Malware protection market sizing
    • User problem definition
    • User and buyer personas
    • Competitive analysis
    • UX and product flow
    • Sales, distribution and channel strategy.
  • Facilitate partnerships and licensing opportunities to meet market demands and product strategy.
  • Understand and explain industry shifts and emerging trends.
  • Deeply understand customer workflows and discover unarticulated customer needs.
  • Translate customer needs into user stories for use by the engineering team.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years overall experience in related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Manager role and at least 1+ years in the B2B EPP/EDR and network security area.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate with internal product stakeholders, customers, and industry partners – clearly describe complex technical problems in non-technical terms.
  • Demonstrable ability to understand and explain high-quality user experiences vs. low-quality.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of operating systems, network functions and architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.  MBA degree is a plus.
  • Understands modern malware exploit technologies and their defenses.
  • B2B portfolio, product, and/or technology strategy experience

Additional Details:

  • Location preferred as Keele, UK, but other EU locations accepted. 80% remote work also possible.
  • This role will also collaborate with other Product Managers to deliver B2B software products as part of a unified multi-portfolio solution.
