We seek enthusiastic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit looking for an environment that rewards your best work.  The HR Manager for the East Region is responsible for the administration, support on design, development and implementation, employee support and engagement.  This position will be the HR representative that administers and implements HR programs, provides employee relations and HR support on the Cloud Services business strategy and M&A integrations across all j2 eastern regional locations and provide overflow support when required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key Team Member Relations partner for the East Coast region and oversee all HR practices for its locations.
  • Partner with people leaders to ensure prompt, corporation-wide consistency in decision making on employee relations issues.
  • Key member for M&A activities including HR due diligence, people and process integration and ongoing milestone deliverables.
  • Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the East Coast technology ecosystem.
  • Leverage vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal resources to execute against the company’s benefits program.
  • Coordinate with Division HR Leader to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives.
  • Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities; act as an employee advocate.
  • Partner in the development and design of employees’ compensation packages
  • Partner in the launch a new global wellness program; facilitating the wellness committee, and ensuring effective communication and local program alignment.
  • Manager Training and Onboarding Orientation.
  • Coordinate with Division HR Leader to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on immigration needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of two years of experience working as a HR Generalist on compliance training, employee relations investigations and immigration.
  • Experience with HR metrics, process, systems, information and data analysis, impact analysis, ROI, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Strong awareness of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, Title VII and other employment related laws and regulations
  • Extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • Extreme confidentiality, excellent communicator.
