Your Career

We’re looking for an A-Player Marketing Operations and Account Based Marketing Manager who can take our New Acquisition and Channel Marketing organization through VIPRE /J2’s next phase of growth. The leader of Marketing Operations and Account Based Marketing will report to the leader of Marketing for North America. We are looking for a top-notch marketer who is also a multiplier leader with passion, authenticity, great communication skills, and a strong relationship builder who has the ability to drive excellence in execution. Are you a sales-oriented marketing leader with strategic depth and disruptive thinking who can lead through change and can consistently deliver on aggressive growth targets? Your Impact

  • Perform setup, coding and QA; complete review cycles; and schedule deployments in Marketo.
  • Work closely with Data Informatics team to ensure quality and measurability of CRM database.
  • Administration of Marketo including: optimization of lead flow between CRM and Marketo, leads analysis, naming conventions/nomenclature, accuracy of reporting, campaign setup and other administrative functions.
  • Manage database, email deliverability and email best practices
  • Actively apply knowledge of best practices and previous campaign performance to optimize those campaigns to achieve traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, open rates, engagement, conversion and lead volume
  • Help manage Marketing Automation Tech Stack including Marketo, Salesforce, and others
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline within our named accounts ecosystem
  • Develop messaging appropriate for targeted personas
  • Take a data driven approach to campaign refinements; analyze metrics and reports to define effectiveness of program activities 
  • Identify gaps in contact information within strategic accounts; work with marketing and sales operations to develop data append strategies to acquire new or additional information
  • Work internally with company stakeholders to spearhead ABM efforts; team player who can interface comfortably with sales, SDRs, operations, and other marketing groups to craft high-impact programs
  • Own website personalization and multi-threaded custom digital landing pages via ABM platform for key industries 
  • Manage funnel performance and reporting. Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders
  • Stay on top of ABM and Marketing Ops technologies and industry marketing best practices and be willing to provide best practices to extended team

 

Your Experience

  • Proven track record of high integrity
  • Experience in generating new and innovative approaches to problems and challenging the status quo and is constantly looking for ways to change the game
  • Experience in breaking through organizational boundaries and working at multiple levels to drive collaboration and teamwork while building strong, positive relationships
  • Solid experience inclusively communicating to ensure diversity of voice is heard, considered, and enabled while empowers others to do the same
  • Proven experience of consistently delivering on expectations and getting the job done
  • Ability to see and communicate in an inspiring way. Able to determine opportunities and threats through intimacy with the New Acquisition and Channel business and comprehensive analysis of current and future trends
  • Proven track record striving for excellence, team and personal
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, schedule, and budget in an efficient, productive manner with a focus on key marketing priorities
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading marketing organizations.
  • 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience with a strong technical background in marketing automation
  • Marketo certification a bonus
  • Data driven approach to campaign planning
  • Basic HTML/CSS email coding skills
  • Database Management (SQL a plus)
  • Willingness to travel to various locations for site-inspections and events, as required
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant business experience in marketing, or technology is preferred
  • Domain expertise in cybersecurity B2B and marketing is preferred
