We are building a new eCommerce team and   as the  Head  of Ecommerce , we  want you to define Vipre Security Group’s global eCommerce strategy  and  create a world -class digital experience for B2C/SOHO/SMB.

Reporting to the VP, eCommerce Marketing,  this leader will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, forecasting, business planning, execution of promotional campaigns, merchandising, website design, web analytics and web technologies. 



  • Set the vision for a comprehensive website strategy, plans and execution to deliver a highly personalized, mobile first, premium online experience that drives sales and engagement.
  • Oversee site merchandising, activations (product launches, promotions and experience enhancements) and experience improvements across a global footprint.
  • Develop and execute the annual eCommerce plan in line with the enterprise planning process and ensure that the online growth strategy aligns with the organization's overall business strategy. 
  • Lead the consolidation of all Vipre security brands into one Web and CMS platform.
  • Turn raw data into actionable insights to drive funnel conversation, campaigns, A/B tests, website behavior and customer journey experiments. Drive a culture of innovation, constant optimization, and testing.
  • Partner with Analytics  and design and lead Web Development on new site features + functionality to support overall digital merchandising strategy.
  • Institute a purchase funnel optimization program that is integrated with all customer touchpoint channels  (paid media, customer call center, email)  
  • Develop and oversee a QA practice for the web. 
  • Advice on planning and activating merchandising initiatives that drive sales at Amazon and other key E-Commerce retailers.



  • 10- 15 years’ experience working in an eCommerce environment with 5+ years supervisory experience. Experience in building and forming teams is Preferred. 
  • 5 yrs of SEO experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing. MBA is preferred.
  • Deep subject matter expertise required in CRO and UX optimization activities in partnership with UX and analyst roles. 
  • Have in depth knowledge of Global eCommerce, consumer behavior, eCommerce marketing strategy/best practices, tools, vendor management and project management.
  • Passionate advocate for putting customers first. Driven to create engaging, frictionless experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of design and product development process. Understanding of web production within an eCommerce environment; Salesforce platform experience (Commerce & Marketing Cloud) a huge plus.
  • Knowledge and experience leading content rendering, publishing and optimization.
  • Knowledge and experience leading a global footprint, working with regional partners in and understanding of local market dynamics and requirements to drive an optimized shopping experience.
