Description Of The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the growth of J2 Global. The Customer Service Advisor reports to the Customer Service Manager and is a key member of both the Voice and Fax Teams. This position will be responsible for dealing with existing and future customers of J2 Global and provide excellent customer service through all interactions. The Advisors will answer enquiries by phone (both in-bound and outbound) and e-mail on topics such as account set-up, product plans, and billing enquiries. Enthusiasm and energy are critical attributes for the position. Operating hours are business hours Monday to Friday.

 Job Duties

  • Support customers efficiently, accurately and in a professional manner by phone and email
  • Responsible for trying to retain existing customers that are calling to cancel their service  
  • Communicate and follow up with customers regarding their account queries raised
  • Develop & maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies and procedures
  • Contact customers from time to time to collect payment or update their payment methods
  • Report accurately on calls inbound & outbound, log and track details on company systems
  • The candidate must be Multi-lingual (verbal and written)
  • An effective communicator with strong English
  • Other duties as assigned.

 
Job Requirements and Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Great attitude, friendly, professional and polite
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
  • PC proficiency; Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Italian is essential plus an additional language would be an advantage
