Job Overview:

Health eCareers is looking for a UX Designer to join our growing product management team. You’ll be designing experiences and interfaces for several products in the healthcare industry. You’ll work with product management, engineering, marketing, sales and more to deliver solutions that best meet the needs of healthcare providers.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about designing experiences users love, can solve challenging problems, and is eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods. A successful candidate in this role will help to optimize the national health care labor market and accelerate patients getting the care that they need.

Essential Functions:

  • Design product experiences that meet a variety of stakeholder goals 
  • Develop empathy for all our users
  • Make understanding end user goals and needs a constant priority
  • Execute projects from start to finish
  • Plan and coordinate tasks for multiple projects in parallel
  • Seek out requirements and feedback from stakeholders
  • Create sketches, wireframes, high fidelity digital designs and revisions at every stage  
  • Perform and analyze user research
  • Maintain a library of UI design assets
  • Monitor user feedback and analytics


  • BS in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Strong interactive and visual design skills with an eye for detail
  • Working knowledge of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Fluent in standard design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Invision, Jira, etc.)
  • Confident in discussing solutions and obtaining feedback with different stakeholders.
  • Is flexible and can adapt designs to accommodate new learnings or technical constraints
  • Must have a portfolio with projects that demonstrates your design process, how you approach problems, and how you track impact.
  • Familiarity with a variety of user research methodologies or a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with remote work and collaboration
