A vacancy exists for a driven, motivated and enthusiastic BDM to join our Brisbane sales team. 

The successful applicant will learn how our products can add value to clients and prospects alike through existing staff members. Working collaboratively with both the Development and Customer Service team, this position will be the driving force behind our business success.

The position will be an exciting role for a highly driven, successful and motivated candidate, who can drive and grow our business development initiatives within the ANZ market.



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new client acquisition
  • Meet & exceed sales monthly targets
  • Develop sales strategies to identify growth opportunities
  • Forecast future prospects by building relationships with customers
  • Administration including drafting of client service agreements and managing Lead/ Opportunity records in the CRM
  • Analysing client needs and customizing requirements of products/services accordingly
  • Liaise with Operations and Development team for all new clients
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Cold calling and handling of warm leads via email, phone and web chats
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor movements in the development of sales performance planning

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Outstanding and proven sales experience in similar roles
  • Passion, drive and motivation to succeed
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Office skills and experienced in using CRM systems
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships
  • Highly developed verbal and written skills
  • Team orientated with the ability to work autonomously
