Everyday Health is looking for an Ad Operations Associate to manage the campaign delivery process and support the renewal and upsell of existing business. This is an opportunity to utilize your project management skills to strategize and redefine how media campaigns are managed by Everyday Health. You will work across multiple internal teams to:

  • Coordinate and optimize campaigns running on our online portfolio; grow and foster relationships with potential clients by strategizing on the best delivery campaigns
  • Utilize and grow your industry, condition and client expertise
  • Drive and impact the business directly by running integrations of strategic and operational initiatives

The ideal candidate has media and online advertising experience. You understand placement and targeting through display, mobile and video ads and contextual and behavioral advertising. You’re passionate about data analysis. Working within Excel comes naturally and you enjoy being in the details of your campaigns and your clients' needs and wants. Responsibilities:

  • Trafficking and management of online advertising campaigns primarily using Google Ad Manager
  • Optimize campaigns on a frequent basis for performance and delivery
  • Trouble-shoot ad serving errors, reporting discrepancies, and broken creative
  • Meet regularly with Client Success team as well as other cross-functional internal teams to showcase results, progress, and drive best revenue results
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Attend fun industry events and strive to be ahead of the competition
  • Support other areas of Ad Operations as needed


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of digital media operations, campaign management, and/or ad operations background
  • Intermediate to advances Excel skills
  • Understanding of ad-serving technologies: GAM, DCM, Live Intent, AdX
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and passion for analyzing data, products, brands
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting a direct sales organization highly regarded
  • Positive, up-beat, can-do leader attitude
