The Technical Implementation Manager plans, coordinates, and facilitates the onboarding of new enterprise clients. The TIM works with Account Managers to understand integration requirements, provide technical guidance or functional specifications where needed, and shepherds them through the onboarding lifecycle. The TIM owns the progress of the project from the point of contract execution to the point of client being fully integrated into the cloud faxing production environment.

The TIM clearly communicates the project progress, resolves unknowns, and removes any impediments that keep the clients from fully utilizing the cloud faxing production environment.


  • Owns the Enterprise client onboarding process and is responsible for successful on time/on schedule full client adoption of the eFax Corporate/Consensus services.
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Product & Engineering, to ensure that all necessary services are developed and deployed efficiently as possible.
  • Develop expertise on the eFax Corporate product suite including the core fax to email product as well as the Enterprise (RESTful) API for provisioning and faxing, eFax Router, eFax Messenger and the eFax Mobile Application.
  • Identify obstacles to efficient completion of client onboarding  milestones and proactively remove or mitigate them. Address project obstacles to ensure delivery of required business features on the original deadline.
  • Coordinate or orchestrate with other eFax/Consensus teams for cross-team dependencies.
  • Ensure timely tracking and completion of project deliverables.
  • Communicate schedules early and clearly to stakeholders to ensure all parties are aware of and understand the end to end onboarding process.
  • Foster a collaborative environment reinforcing transparency, quality, and continuous learning.
  • Work interactively with stakeholders and team members identify areas of improvement for the Enterprise client onboarding process.
  • Provide executive project reporting- project status, risks, issues and mitigation plan.
  • Display solid fiscal responsibility by managing and adhering to budgets and always seeking out operating efficiencies and economies.
  • Model an inclusive, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic by showing a willingness to participate in daily workloads when needed to make deadlines.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with SaaS or software project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of business to technical requirement translation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead functional, technical, and strategic discussions to drive successful outcomes.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Analytical & Agile mindset preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in unstructured environment.
  • Strong action orientation.
  • Experience with both Agile and traditional (waterfall, spiral, etc.) development practices.
  • Knowledge of tracking and reporting tools, JIRA preferred. Affinity with Confluence.

This is a remote/office-based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except within  Colorado.
