This is a Base Salary plus Commissions structured position.

Job Overview:

The BDR’s primary duties consist of contacting existing clients that fit specific profiles in order to advise them of better suited programs or brands for their individuals needs. The BDR's are responsible for helping us continue and scale our sales organization with the sales team. -Full Training -Entry level role -Uncapped commissions plan -Great opportunity for internal career growth

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying and developing inbound and outbound leads and responding to inquiries
  • Managing and overcoming potential buyer and seller objections
  • Accurately tracking all communications in CRM system
  • Utilize different methods of communicating with potential buyers and sellers (via phone, email and text)
  • Leveraging promotional campaigns to develop buyers and sellers

 Requirements:

  • Sales experience not required, but you must be comfortable with making outbound client calls
  • Experience in the hospitality, retail or related customer facing positions
  • An energetic personality who communicates effectively and respectfully with customers over the phone and email
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills Thrives in a team environment
