Health eCareers is looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. The Partner Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned partner accounts with a focus on retaining, growing, and maximizing the opportunity with each partner.  The ultimate goal in this role is to ensure our partners each have the most dominant and sustainable career resource for their members and sphere of influence.

To succeed in this position, candidates must have exceptional communication and problem solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with partners.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationships

  • Build strong relationships with partners that will maximize partner satisfaction, partner retention, and company revenue
  • Develop and evaluate ongoing marketing strategy with partners with a focus on optimizing traffic and conversions, while driving overall growth and awareness of their career centers
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews with partners to evaluate career center KPIs and develop key initiatives from data insights
  • Utilize data to develop analytical insights to improve KPIs and drive revenue
  • Identify opportunities for new initiatives, product offerings, and marketing activities to drive increased website traffic and revenue through partner channels
  • Ensure partnerships are well positioned to renew, grow, and exceed organizational revenue goals
  • Manage partner renewal and retention efforts
  • Effective project management
  • Quality control of partner branded marketing
  • Increase our partner’s understanding of our unique value proposition
  • Maintain and expand our position as a thought leader in healthcare recruitment advertising
  • Travel and conduct periodic in-person meetings with partners (approx. 2-3 times per year)
  • Travel to partner’s annual meetings to drive revenue and awareness of their career centers (approx. 3-5 events per year)

Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with and support internal sales team to ensure they have the knowledge and effective partner messaging to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to facilitate partner needs for marketing materials, messaging, and other initiatives to drive job seeker traffic and revenue growth through partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal product team to maintain and update partner microsites, evaluate new partner product initiatives, and ensure partner’s needs are met as it relates to their career centers

Job Qualifications

  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
    • Strong relationship and network-building skills
    • Proven track record retaining and growing accounts for customers and/or partners
    • Proven success impacting company revenue growth
    • Business Development minded
    • Competency in marketing principles and strategy
    • Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven track record using data insights to drive business decisions
    • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects
    • Must be able to work independently and possess strong leadership skills
    • Demonstrate ability to show initiative, solve problems and bring new ideas to the table
    • Skills include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Teamwork)
    • Must be willing to travel (approximately 5-8 times annually)
  • Required Education and/or Experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years account management experience required in directly managing relationships with customers or partners
    • Marketing background/experience preferred
    • Proven track record of success managing relationships and generating incremental value to the organization
