Senior Retention Sales Specialist, SaaS for KeepItSafe will have a unique opportunity to join a team responsible for our successful online backup service in the U.S. Your primary focus will be maintaining and building our strong direct customer and channel partner presence for our Largest Revenue Customers. You will be responsible for supporting, retaining and growing a portfolio of our largest existing Direct and Partner Channel customer base.

Job Duties:
• Responsible for all Renewal & Add On Sales to assigned, large account base of existing customer & channel partners in the Mid Market & Enterprise Business Category
• Ensure that all contract, billing and technical processes and procedures are maintained, reviewed and updated for all assigned customers
• Maintain regular contact with existing customer’s base to ensure that customer satisfaction with current solution as well as to introduce new solutions in the Data Protection Portfolio.
• Own the contract and contract renewal process for all existing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships will all decision makers and influencers within customer base to ensure maximization of service and continuity.
•  Hold and conduct QBR’s with high spend clients to ensure engagement and continuity.
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and additional business.
• Proactively learn, understand and pitch KeepItSafe® Value and technology to existing client base.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Support and NetOps to fully understand the sales and onboarding process of all technologies to manage and set the correct client expectations.
• Provide regular two-way communication between customers and
  LiveVault support and operations team. Relay customer feedback to team in order to improve our processes.

Job Requirements and Experience:

• 5+ years in a SaaS technical account management role working with a  large account base of both direct and partner channel customers.
• Experience in SaaS Data protection is a huge plus
• Highly organized and efficient, with a proven ability to think strategically and execute plans
• Excellent people skills with the ability to form strong relationships with partners
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Very computer literate with Microsoft Office, email and internet skills
• Proven ability to act on own initiative
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work under pressure
• Strong technical Account Management experience with a proven track record in supporting, retaining, and growing a customer base utilizing SaaS Solutions
