The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager  is a member of the j2 Global®  Cloud Services division within the Fax business unit as a member of the Enterprise Marketing team. The Enterprise Marketing team supports a variety of marketing activities and brand management for the Enterprise segment. This positions reports to the Director – Enterprise Marketing and is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives as outlined in the annual eFax Corporate®, Enterprise marketing plan. 

The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategic and tactical development and execution of integrated digital marketing plans to support business and brand awareness growth by leveraging the digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment and excel in coordinating multi-variable projects and will have hands-on experience with all aspects of campaign management and demand generation tactics including forecasting goals, establishing timelines, setting expectations and tracking performance for all demand generation activities.  As the position will work very closely with multiple levels of management, key business stakeholders and marketing agencies, this position requires a passionate, collaborative, innovative, strategic and smart individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and get the job done.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and manage the comprehensive digital experience, including overseeing web design and content, and social strategy across audiences to build brand awareness and consideration, improve SEO and rank our enterprise fax solutions optimally. 
  • SEO You have a deep understanding of traditional Search Engine Optimization practices like keyword research, link building, on-page optimization, etc. And more importantly, an interest in and awareness of the latest SEO trends.  Build SEO into content development process and execution, leading identification and development of content of improving organic search ranking
  • SEM Develop and execute demand generation plans focused  on SEM, programmatic display, remarketing via marketing automation, and other paid digital efforts.  Develop new campaigns end-to-end including creative, content curation, digital ad placement leveraging all available channels -- website, landing pages, content promo, SEM, blog, webinars, events, etc.
  • Reporting & Analysis Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Leverage data to make intelligent, informed recommendations, decisions and forecasts regarding our paid investments.
  • Plus, monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversion and lead quality. Intimate knowledge of KPIs such as CPA, LTV, CAC, retention curves, etc.
  • CRM and Database Identify and implement necessary technology stack to support CRM programs, customer experience and metrics. 
  • Cross Functional Marketing Partner with other marketing team members to support integrated campaigns and advise on the best use of digital tactics to support objectives. 
  • Develop and manage relationships with marketing agencies and third party marketing vendors.
  • Responsible for establishing performance analytics and dashboards, and distributing this information via regular reporting to all key stakeholders on a monthly or as needed basis.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, media buying and promotional activities as directed.
  • Develop an understanding of the buying cycle, journey as well as the decision maker and influencers involved within target markets
  • Work collaboratively with the Inside and Enterprise Sales teams ensuring effective creation and communication of all marketing campaigns and programs.

 Job Requirements and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or demand generation
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in BI or data/analytics
  • BA/BS with strong quantitative focus (e.g. Math, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent experience
  • Self-starting attitude, great communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Extensive experience in driving digital campaigns for audience acquisition/retention and pipeline growth
  • Experienced, hands-on user of paid search (Google/Bing Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) platforms
  • In-depth understanding of how to interpret (and improve) advertising metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, CTR, quality score, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including an understanding of digital marketing analytics and channel ROI
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics and/or other web reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficient to expert experience with Salesforce.com® and Marketing Automation - namely Marketo® ,
  • Demonstrated ability to show lead growth, and pipeline 
  • Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools and their use such as Tableau®, Domo® and others.

Education:

  • BA/BS with strong quantitative focus (e.g. Math, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent experience
