Opportunity Summary:

The Director of Corporate Marketing, Healthcare Technology for our eFax brands will lead marketing programs to drive growth in the mid-market and enterprise segment for J2’s largest Cloud Services business unit, eFax. This individual will work closely with Healthcare Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams, SMB marketing team, product team, and other key stakeholder groups to help grow penetration and adoption for our Fax brands across North America and EMEA, via lead gen programs, tradeshows and events, and building awareness. This individual will oversee a marketing team across two global offices (Los Angeles and Dublin). The successful candidate will be an accomplished, data-driven manager with a proactive approach to management, is team oriented, and has a direct, down-to-earth communication style.


  • Execute strong growth in Healthcare B2B user acquisition through various channels - inbound/outbound, website, campaigns, events, to build a continuous pipeline of qualified leads - driven by a keen eye on KPIs, data metrics and ROI.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation strategy, which may include, but are not limited to, webinars, events, emails, nurtures, paid media, retargeting, and content syndication.
  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline for the mid-market and enterprise segment, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage.
  • Develop and operationalize marketing strategies as part of the joint go-to-market plan with technology and reseller partners, including integrated marketing campaigns to sell through our partners.
  • Closely manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets
  • Execute annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of budget, and reporting on demand generation initiatives’ performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth.
  • Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results.

Requirements and Experience:

  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, particularly with focus in the Healthcare segment and global footprint. 
  • Strong aptitude for data and analytics with operational and project management expertise.
  • Deep understanding of B2B demand generation marketing, balanced with appropriate technical know-how. 
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers. 
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to operate as an effective tactician as well as a strategic thinker.
  • B.S. or B.A. from accredited 4-year college/university; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
