Position at j2 Cloud Services

The position will be responsible for individual monthly and annual sales targets to new accounts and current accounts.

The role involves utilising a combination of inbound and outbound sales strategies including over the telephone/online and face to face meetings. Some travel may be required to other Australian capital cities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement a strategy to grow revenue for each channel partner
  • To work with partners with marketing and lead generation strategies to build sales pipelines across all Cloud Recover services
  • To support and co-ordinate delivery of product training and development for partners
  • Assisting the team and in addition listening and asking questions to understand and clarify the sale and gather information to produce a relevant proposal for the customer’s needs.
  • To promptly follow up on all enquiries and proposals with the team. Working with channel partners to qualify leads and identify decision makers. and build a plan for next steps.
  • Identifying prospective partners, and establishing relationships including signed agreements, sales targets and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating meetings with customers, partners and CloudRecover technical presales engineers
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new customers and services with current partners. This includes managing technical support and the end user/Partner expectations.
  • Record all sales and relationship management activity within the sales database portal Zoho
  • Liaising with team members to ensure success across the group
  • Provide input into the sales strategy and commitment to assisting in the improvement of sales strategy
  • Provide marketing input to assist in maximising inbound leads
  • Attend networking events and assist in sales presentations.
  • To promote the company and major suppliers market messages
  • Negotiating on price, products, services and terms of the agreement between CloudRecover and the potential customer or partner and assisting partners with this as well.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work and motivate others within the team.
  • Strategic relationship management skills
  • Attention to detail is an essential component of this position
  • A commitment to persist until the job is done yet still build their pipelines in the process
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • A broad understanding of IT infrastructure and networking.
