Duties and Responsibilities

  • Increase KeepItSafe®/CloudRecover market share by both establishing new accounts, and increasing product penetration within existing accounts
  • Drive transactional sales activity for core toll free product through leveraging internally generated leads
  • Build and maintain the KeepItSafe®/CloudRecover customer base, updating activity in CRM
  • Work with ANZ Marketing team on B2B campaigns to maximize advertising spend (achieving cost per acquisition targets)
  • Successfully achieve monthly revenue targets (as per the incentive plan)
  • Work/liaise with the Channel Manager on accounts – new and existing
  • Proactively undertake account reviews, ensuring customer relationships are maintained and their ongoing expectations managed.
  • Gain a thorough knowledge of our clients’ businesses, both strategically and operationally to determine their requirements, translating these into tangible value and business solutions
  • Assess market opportunities and client trends, ensuring these are communicated throughout the business.
  • Monitor all aspects of the sales cycle, placing emphasis on after-sales service
  • Succinct monthly reporting of sales performance (vs targets) to management team
  • Successfully implement B2B sales strategies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Successful background in account management, preferably at a SME to Corporate level
  • Proven sales skills, with a background of growing existing customer accounts (revenue and margin)
  • Strong background in closing warm sales leads while managing an active sales pipeline
  • Outstanding customer management skills, successfully managing customer expectations
  • Strong communication and customer negotiation skills
  • Experience in a sales role in the backup/data recovery/storage highly recommended
  • Pragmatic self-starter with a ‘roll up sleeves’ mentality
  • Exceptional presentation skills
