Humble Bundle sells games, ebooks, software, and other digital content. Our mission is to support charity while providing awesome content to customers at great prices. We launched in 2010 with a single two-week Humble Indie Bundle, but we have humbly grown into a store full of games and bundles, a subscription service, a game publisher, and more. We have raised $174 million for charity and counting. And we now have over 400,000 subscribers to our Humble Choice.


Humble Bundle is hiring a Product Designer to join its design team! We're looking for someone excited to build elegant products in a fast paced environment. 


Our team needs an experienced Product Designer to partner up with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to define the direction of new and current Humble products. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working through ambiguous business goals to solve customer problems, demonstrate a deep-seated awareness of what makes a great product user experience, be well-versed in visual design, have experience with both usability testing, and post-release A/B testing of their designs and concepts. They will bring a humble attitude to their creations, and be excited to learn from our customers using data.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new products from ideation to deployment to iterative improvement

  • Be an advocate for our customers to grow the Humble business

  • Collaborate with product managers to identify, prioritize, define, and build new products

  • Work directly with engineers to ensure designs are successfully implemented

  • Create concept mockups and prototypes to clarify opportunities

  • Engage our marketing team to leverage A/B testing and other growth experiments to drive continual iteration

  • Easily collaborate with our existing design team


Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product design

  • Experience turning problems into simple and engaging customer experiences

  • Experience prototyping web and mobile responsive designs in tools such as Invision and Adobe XD

  • Proficiency with Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop

  • Have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus

  • Experience in ecommerce is a plus


Successful Candidates will

  • Be comfortable designing for the entire product process from high-level flows to interactions at a granular level

  • Demonstrate a well-rounded understanding of information architecture

  • A portfolio with visually appealing, and well explained UX/UI/interaction designs

  • Have great taste and aesthetic sensibilities

  • Be able to communicate your ideas and concepts to stakeholders
