Who you are:

As the Manager for Community Delivery and Advocacy, you’ll be overseeing the entire Community Delivery organization from top to bottom! Your workday may include a little bit of everything – tracking down assets, upgrading accounts, walking vendors through the Spiceworks Community, and ensuring every dollar is deliverable. You’ll work closely as a mentor to Advocacy Strategists and Community Brand Reps to answer any pre-sales requests and support content development.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on monthly activity and revenue numbers
  • Respond to client requests for account and page activation and deactivation
  • Run educational client walkthroughs of the Spiceworks Community to ensure campaign success
  • Maintain Community Delivery documentation
  • Manage partnership with the Sales Team to assist in closing Community bookings
  • Educate sales reps on Community best practices
  • Manage a set of direct reports across the Community Delivery Team

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years working within the Spiceworks Community or experience working with vendors in a similar online tech Community
  • Deep understanding of content writing and online brand management
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and coworkers alike
  • Strong communicator – you make sure everyone is in the loop!
  • Eager participation in online forums, communities, and social media
  • You’re a bit of a tech nerd with a general understanding of the IT field
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Previous experience in managing individual contributors OR proven experience in mentoring other team members
