The Marketing Manager will develop and execute new and creative account-based strategic marketing plans for the purposes of client acquisition and retention with a heavy focus on strategic and enterprise accounts, channel, and agencies. In this role, you will help grow sales by developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the head of demand gen and content marketing team, also securing the appropriate input, reviews, and approvals to meet sales needs and overall revenue goals.

Your day-to-day:

  • ¬†Develop and implement target account strategy to support strategic and enterprise account teams and channel/agencies
    • Execute robust, targeted marketing email campaigns focusing on new logos and accelerating existing opportunities
    • Understand personas (buyer, influencer, user) of a buying cohort
    • Website personalization when applicable¬†
  • Suggest and put into play digital marketing experiences (happy hours, forums, meetups, etc.) designed to strengthen executive relationships
  • Own end-to-end execution of direct mail and client entertainment strategy to create offers designed to get meetings
    • Work with vendors to determine product and pricing, liaise with sales leaders to build target lists, and sync with marketing ops for tracking and reporting
    • Facilitate fulfillment from inception through implementation
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and support to EMEA and RO regions with respect to owning, planning, and implementing demand gen solutions and strategies
  • Continuously generate new ideas and how to strengthen the SWZD customer experience
  • Help events team with ad hoc requests namely with SpiceWorld volunteer coordination, communication and schedule, and other events across the org
  • Own swag fulfilment and distribution

What does it take to do this job?

  • Event management experience a must.
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or media field
  • Experience deploying successful ABM initiatives
  • Experience launching campaigns via Marketo required
  • Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Proactively explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
