We are seeking a high-performing, innovative & results-oriented Sales Director to join our team on a fixed term basis to cover a leave of absence

The successful candidate will add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities, manage marketing efforts and define commercial strategic roadmap. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management and develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate the growth of Callstream business and generate revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Involvement in the integration of any acquired assets and operations, helping to define ongoing business strategies, establish KPI’s and business plans, implement initiatives to leverage assets across departments and divisions.
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  • Provide leadership and broad thinking to the overall business, our people and our challenges and ensure the team is capable, motivated and supported to deliver their responsibilities to an excellent standard


  • Inspirational sales leader with 10 + years’ experience within the telecommunications industry, with experience of leading a sales team and managing business growth
  • Strong experience in sales both new business and managing relationships with key clients (both direct and partners)
  • Identify and develop a pipeline of opportunities
  • Exceed sales budgets, smashing through budgets
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Proven P&L and major commercial and negotiation experience
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Energetic and exceptional at team building with strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft office and knowledge of relevant software
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
