Who you are:

Spiceworks Ziff Davis, a division of Ziff Davis, a J2 Company, is hiring a Campaign Manager. We are looking for a new team member to provide operational support on accounts that activate a large number of digital marketing and lead generation campaigns per month (average of 12+ campaigns per account).  

You will be responsible for managing the launch of campaigns as the primary point of contact for all launch related tasks and campaign related issues with customers. This is a client facing role. You will interface daily with our internal Sales team,  Operations team, Legal and Client Success teams. You will eventually manage a team of up to 4 direct reports as we expand.

Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities and Skills

  • This is a team lead position that will require hands on experience and expertise in the role as well
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Guides team members in career development through 1:1s and quarterly reviews
  • Secure quotes from operational teams and ensure data is received for on time client review in accordance with RFP specifications
  • Enter and manage sales opportunities in CRM 
  • Prepare, file and retrieve campaign related documents for operational and sales use - including change orders and contracts 
  • Update systems and campaign trackers with account information needed monitor the status of campaign launch
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and in -sales service
  • Work with sales and clients to collect proper assets for the campaign launch
  • Execute campaign launch in coordination with multiple internal teams 
  • Monitor and communicate campaign statuses and updates to ensure on-time launch and delivery 
  • Coordinate optimizations made with Ops to implement campaign changes

 

Requirements: 

  • Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of campaign coordinators
  • 4 years of experience working as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager or Sales Administrator
  • Experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce
  • Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably in the advertising and agency marketplace
  • Ability to learn and adopt to working in multiple campaign management platforms
