Job Summary:

A high-energy Sales Professional who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives should be adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.

Successful account executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

This is a REMOTE work from home position.

Job Duties:

  • Present, promote and sell J2 Global's Martech line of products and services (Campaigner/SMTP/iContact/Communicator) through inbound leads to new and existing clients within a defined geographical territory
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Meeting and /or exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Ability to identify and close new sales opportunities and also grow business with existing clients
  • Continuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data in CRM
  • Managing and nurturing the Sales process from the sales lead to close
  • Maximizing sales in a defined territory
  • Providing return on investment (ROI) solutions in the form of product and service proposals
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Identify and understand customers’ needs and help implement solutions
  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.

Job Requirements and Experience:

  • Proven 5 - 7 years of work experience as Sales Professional
  • Well-spoken, highly inspired/motivated and goal orientated
  • An understanding of common sales cycles
  • Experience in prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposals, contract review, and closing tactics
  • Pleasant communication and committed negotiation skills
  • Experience and comfortable with delivering web presentations to individuals as well as to groups 
  • Establish interpersonal relationships paired with an ability to build rapport with diverse clients in a variety of settings.
  • Team player with Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss personal goals as well as team goals for the upcoming week/month.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
