The Ziff Media Group (ZMG) Integrated Marketing team drives our strategy and go-to-market messaging for our ad products, editorial offerings, as well as focus on several key advertiser industries. The Solutions Marketing Manager brings a solution focused understanding of the application of ZMG products against key advertiser business needs. This role partners with trade marketing, product marketing, sales, and client solutions to communicate the value of ZMG to drive digital transformations for our top verticals targets.

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of messaging, industry content, and compelling stories based on the strategy, goals, key trends, competitive landscape, points of differentiation and audiences within the ZMG portfolio.
  • Drive compelling, accurate, real-world stories through presentations, sales decks, videos, webinars, case studies, web pages, blog posts, white papers, analyst and any other compelling media or channels.
  • Launch targeted industry solutions-- build storylines, develop content, and take to market new and compelling industry specific solutions and design patterns with key partners.
  • Develop content and leverage content from other content creators for thought leadership, awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement purposes.
  • Demonstrate capability to message through sales tools and assets that enable our field sales team to schedule more initial meetings.

Qualifications/Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in industry, solutions, or product marketing/management in the media industry (i.e., ad tech, digital media, walled gardens).
  • Proven experience in developing compelling marketing assets and sales tools including presentations, industry briefs, solution briefs, blogs, white papers etc.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of individuals, both inside and outside the company.
  • Ability to understand marketing strategy and convey a clear value-based message for a clearly defined target audience.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
  • A humble but ambitious style of collaboration with team members within marketing and across sales.
