The Opportunity 

The Inside Sales Manager oversees a team of Account Representatives and Business Development Reps. The team works with hospitals and physician practices and provides them with marketing solutions that meet their physician and provider recruitment needs. The Inside Sales Manager will execute on a sales strategy for the team, focusing on driving sales growth through prospecting and renewals improvements.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced sales manager who will drive revenue growth through coaching, sales process improvements, and implementing sales enablement tools that help us maximize revenue, customer engagement, and client retention. 


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management
    • Manage team of regional sales reps and business development reps
    • Help the team to develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals through high performance;
    • Coach and develop the team through weekly communication;
    • Help to provide continuous improvement of sales team through identifying knowledge, competency and skills gaps of team and execution of plans to improve them;
  • Responsible for the understanding and utilization of sales reports, CRM, and forecasts
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Define and optimize sales process by driving initiatives that improve engagement, utilizing customer segmentation, sales enablement tools & platform and leading a culture of continuous improvement
  • Establish protocols and best practices for communicating with customers over voice, email and social channels.
  • Create and successfully implement data-driven strategies that will maximize new logo attainment, customer retention, and revenue growth
  • Provide the necessary leadership, coaching and support to sales team resulting in consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas
  • Contribute to our sales strategy and key initiatives as a member of the sales management team

Qualifications

  • 6+ year(s) of Inside Sales Management experience
  • Strong track record of success as both an individual contributor and as a sales manager
  • Experience in managing a virtual call center, with a proven record of accomplishment of developing a best in class teams
  • Proven ability to close performance gaps
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to successfully provide relevant and immediate feedback in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Tenacious in your pursuit of potential clients and don’t sweat the small stuff
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability
