Manage and strengthening the business relationship with our existing customers - up sell/cross sell to existing customer base.


Job Duties

  • Maintain existing customer base and secure contracts with existing customers.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers.
  • Draft and deliver proposals
  • Report on sales activity (include desired frequency – daily is ideal for accuracy)
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems
  • Proactively find ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, improve processes
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.

Job Requirements and Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both Danish and English
  • Documented results from similar position, with at least 6 years business sales
  • Structured approach to scale-able account management
  • Very strong sales processes skills (CRM, spreadsheets etc)
  • Very hands-on approach being strong at getting things done 

This role is based in our Taastrup, Denmark office.
