J2 Global are looking for a German speaking Inside Sales Account Managers to join their growing sales team. The individual will be heavily involved in driving the Revenue growth of the Corporate Fax Division of j2 Global® Europe.

There are 2 main areas that the successful candidate will be expected to perform in – New Business & Existing portfolio.

For New Business, they will be expected to convert marketing generated opportunities into new paying customers.  Leads are generated from various activities, and the Sales Team are charged with converting these.

Existing portfolio has to be managed and the team are responsible for maintaining the existing revenue of the Customer Base. 

It is a multi-product and multi-language role, with a broad spectrum of skills needed to be successful.  Enthusiasm, Personality, Creativity and a Desire for Results are all key ingredients to see in the successful candidate.

This role will be working as part of a team, each working towards a similar personal & company goal. They will be working with our European clients and looking towards increasing departmental Revenue.

Job Duties:

  • Identifying, prospecting and negotiating new opportunities with strategic partners and key customers
  • Following up on new prospects & leads generated from marketing activities
  • Launching commercial agreements with strategic partners
  • Follow-up current contracts to renew and up-sell with additional options and services
  • Working with marketing department in order to implement successful marketing campaigns

Job Requirements and Experience:

  • Previous Experience in dealing with corporate customers
  • Ability to negotiate at a high-level with customers (both internal & external)
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with Key Customers & Partners, and internal colleagues
  • Must be familiar with Managing Customer Billing programs, CRM systems and sales systems
  • Strong analytical mind, with a focus on identifying risks, trends, opportunities and solutions
  • Confident in interacting with customers by telephone, presenting to clients and colleagues
  • Well Organized, Charismatic & Self Assured
  • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple Customer activities at once
  • Driven to understand and over-achieve goals and targets
  • Good with MS Office -
  • Fluency in English & German are essential. A 3rd European Language ideally, French or Italian would be beneficial.
