Lead Graphic Designer: 

About You:

The lead graphic designer should value design as a problem-solving opportunity and lead the creation of high-value Content Assets for our various publications. Through constant learning, discovery, and collaboration with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for building a world-class digital asset library. You should have an intimate understanding of successful Content Marketing and its design implications, especially in the B2B sector. You should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into design/images/layouts.

About the Role and Team:

The Lead Graphic Designer is a crucial part of the Design Studio, responsible for designing long-format digital assets such as reports, surveys, white papers executive summaries, buyers guides’, Explainers, eBooks, and promotional assets like digital banners, emailers, social media posts, etc. You will join our high-performance, outcome-oriented team; where transparency, integrity, agility, and hands-on job ownership are valued above all else.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design digital assets including whitepapers, ebooks, buyers’ guides, infographics, social media creatives, visual support for blogs and articles, logos, presentations, etc. It includes
    • Understanding the brief from editorial and marketing teams (client groups) and providing design solutions
    • Creating design options for review by client groups
    • Explaining design concepts and ideas and convincing client groups
    • Creating exciting and high impact visual assets and delivering within agreed deadlines
    • Finalizing designs and adapting as per requirement across multiple promotion channels.
    • Co-ordinating with global design/brand team for implementation of global design projects
    • Co-ordinating with sales teams for adapting client creatives when required
    • Coordinating with internal team members for HTML, animation, and website design requirements
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Constantly looking at pushing the boundaries and providing innovative creative solutions that would improve engagement with readers.

Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years in commercial design preferably with a marketing or creative agency
  • Excellent understanding of colors, layout, typeface, fonts, illustrations, etc.
  • Keen design sense wrt what global audiences would appreciate
  • Good understanding of the latest digital marketing trends
  • Experience in Animation and Special Effects will be preferred



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, and InDesign
