Account Coordinators are accountable for the fulfillment of products for territory accounts; renewals, upsells for certain accounts within territory; conflict resolution, ensuring client satisfaction, executing service plans, supporting sales efforts and other services based on internal and external client needs.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

● Provide exceptional customer service to employers via telephone, email, or chat by understanding and resolving needs promptly
● Work with client within acceptable turnaround time, categorizing and formatting job postings
appropriately to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
● Retain and grow sales and usage with existing clients in order to achieve or exceed all team usage and sales goals within assigned accounts/territory
● Handle transactional renewals and identify areas of need for client to help improve recruitment strategies
● Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, to foster trust and understanding of customer’s needs.
● Ensures usage of the full value of client’s products by delivering a consultative, solution-oriented approach
● Identify and qualify new prospects and opportunities, determine business and care plans, and develop strategically aligned advertising and resource offerings to meet recruiting needs.
● Kickoff calls and demos with clients to ensure full understanding of products purchased
● Work with team on delivering reporting and Powerpoint presentations for clients.
● Be part of the team planning and organizing of territory team meetings to ensure all members of the team are aware of current sales and usage status and to plan on how each member will contribute to team KPI’s
● Utilize sales tools to accurately document and monitor all activities
● Familiar with the healthcare market trends as well as healthcare industry as a whole

Job Qualifications
● Demonstrated success in uncovering sales growth opportunities within existing clients
● Ability to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
● Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, in-person, over the phone and in
● Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team.

● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
● Proficiency in using the Internet, MS Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint and CRMs (Salesforce)
● Ability to travel to clients and/or tradeshow as required (5-10%).

Required Education & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
● Current sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent, preferably in the healthcare and/or recruitment/advertising markets.
