Enterprise Sales Executive
Sells corporate products to business over the telephone by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of all leads, opportunities, contacts, and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to iContact management
  • Convert leads to customers using qualification, relationship, and consultative sales skills
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead to closing including online presentations and software demonstrations
  • Manage contracts and agreements, and work collaboratively with Account Management and Premium Services to ensure that expectations are being properly established, communicated, and met
  • Participate within the sales department to maintain and/or improve its efficiency, standard of service, and overall success
  • Meet and exceed individual quotas for customer acquisition/revenue
  • Uses discretion to identify proper product for client needs
  • Uses discretion to adjust pricing in order to close sale
  • Uses judgment in negotiating contract with customer

Education and/or Experience                                           

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  Three to five years of relevant experience, preferably in solution, software or professional services sales.  Successful track record of contributing broadly to a sales team’s success. 

Language Skills                                            

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Computer Skills                                           

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of internet software and sales tracking software.
