Who you are:

Spiceworks Ziff Davis, a division of Ziff Davis, a J2 Company, is hiring a Sales Account Coordinator for our London location. We are looking for a new team member to support our sales department on accounts that activate a large number of marketing and lead generation campaigns per month (average of 12+ campaigns per account). 

You will be responsible for managing the relationship between SWZD and the customer, including as the primary point of contact for all campaign related issues and building relationships with day-to-day media and lead buyers in the pre-sales stage. In this sales support role, you will also be interfacing with our own Operations teams, Legal and Client Success teams.

Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities and Skills

  • Helping pull available inventory and other aspects of Request for Proposal (RFP) response
  • Work with internal operations teams to build the RFP
  • Assist Account Director with pre-sale communication process with Ad Agencies and direct clients
  • Help pull together pitch deck; including developing a deck with available inventory, pricing and screenshots.
  • Owning and managing all SFDC campaign entries related to new campaigns, current campaigns and close out campaigns at end of contract 
  • Preparing Change Orders for both Operations and Finance. 
  • Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents, like contracts
  • Update internal databases with account information
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and in -sales service

Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator
  • Experience using and managing Salesforce entries
  • Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably in the advertising and agency marketplace
  • Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to work independently
