Humble Bundle is hiring a Publishing Brand Manager! We're looking for someone who has the experience and passion to design, manage, and execute unique, creative and effective marketing/launch plans for Humble Bundle's growing and diverse catalog of Publishing titles.

Key Responsibilities:
Increase awareness and interest in Humble Publishing titles, that results in demonstrable results (such as increased digital store wishlists and sales).

Add depth and variety to Humble's marketing playbook.

Plan and execute streamer and press outreach plans for titles.

Review and improve effectiveness of Humble Publishing emails to press, influencers, and our "Publishing highlights" monthly email newsletter.

Identify, pursue and close unique brand-building partnerships in gaming and related media, with special focus on mutually beneficial, equitable commitments.

Review and improve use of Humble’s ecosystem (tumblr/blog, social media, website, emails, affiliate program, bundles, etc.) to build awareness of games in the lead up to launch.

Help build evaluation matrix for pre-launch marketing beats, and define (along with supervisor) what constitutes a success.

3+ years experience in brand/marketing in indie publishing, in roles that have required juggling many projects at once with minimal direction.

Existing strong and wide relationships with brands, influencers and media.

Entrepreneurial drive and strength of character to initiate, lead and close projects with little supervision.

Outgoing personality deeply immersed in the video game world.
